TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TRIP TO VIENNA
This Prize Draw is operated by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited, company number 2409911, whose registered office is 2nd Floor, Regent Arcade House, 19 -25 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7TS (“Our”, “Us” and “We”).
The following are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for a Prize Draw to win the prize as detailed in clause 5.1 below (“Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw is run through the following:
- The Spanish Riding School’s (“SRS”) website accessible at:spanishridingschoollive.com (the “Website”) and
- The SRS Facebook page accessible at:https://www.facebook.com/SpanishRidingSchoolLive (“Facebook Page”)
These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Our privacy policy http://www.livenation.co.uk/privacy, which governs how We may use the data We collect from you.

The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and if you enter the Prize Draw, You release Facebook from any and all liabilities in connection therewith.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the Prize Draw, how the Prize Draw will be run and the circumstances in which We may withhold all or part of the Prize and/or disqualify you. By submitting an entry for the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that if you win, you will grant to Us the right to use your name and/or image in Our publicity as set out below.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When you enter the Prize Draw you are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions at the date you enter. Any amendments or cancellations to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on Facebook Page.
We reserve the right to disqualify you and/or report, remove or block you from (or remove your entry or comment from) the Facebook Page if your entry or any comment from you is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased/offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, corporation or entity or if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
To enter the Prize Draw you must:
be resident in the United Kingdom;
be able to comply with all the Terms and Conditions; and
be at least 14 years old.
You must not be an employee, agent or a director of, or a member of the family of an employee, agent or director of:
(a) Us or any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries; or
(b) any advertising agency or web company connected with Us.
If you are under the age of 16 you must have parental consent to enter the Prize Draw. Proof of consent may be requested by Us.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and prizes may be withheld until
and unless We are satisfied with the verification.
Prize Draw and Entry Requirements
Entries to the Prize Draw must be received by Us between midnight on 12th June 2014 and 23:59 on 26th June 2014. Any entries which are received outside this period shall not be considered regardless of the reason.
You can only enter the Prize Draw once. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
There is no charge to enter the Prize Draw; however, standard mobile data and internet connection charges may apply.
We shall be entitled to reject any entry which We believe (i) has been copied from elsewhere; (ii) is defamatory, indecent or violates any third party’s rights, is offensive, unlawful, obscene, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, promotes political positions or actions, encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law or is otherwise inappropriate, or contains advertisements or solicitations of business; (iii) includes false or misleading information; or (iv) otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, We cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Draw which We do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition We cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt.
Judging
We will select the winner(s) at random from all entries received by Us which comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Winner”).
Each Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within a reasonable time from the closing date and advised how to claim the Prize.
If We notify you that you have been selected as the Winner and you do not acknowledge such notification within 3 (three) days from the date of notification, then) We shall be entitled to withdraw your selection as the Winner and We shall have the right to select an alternative Winner in Our absolute discretion.
Prize
The prize is, subject to these Terms and Conditions, two tickets per month to see the tour performance of the Spanish Riding School in Sheffield or London, which will include a behind the scenes tour to see the Lipizzaner stallions and their riders before the performance (the “Prize”).
At Our option, we may either send the Prize to the Winner by first class post or make the Prize available for the Winner to collect at a place reasonably selected by Us (upon presentation of valid identification), provided that the Winner has complied with the Terms and Conditions.
There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prize is not transferable.
Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to the Winner the whole or any part of the Prize We shall have the right to decide on and substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize We reasonably nominate.
The details of the Prize shall be as printed on the ticket(s) and the Winner shall (along with any permitted companion), in addition to these Terms and Conditions, be bound by any terms and conditions applicable to such tickets (including, without limitation, the ticket terms and conditions and venue rules).
The Winner and any permitted companion will be solely responsible for their own accommodation and travel and any and all other expenses incurred in connection with the Prize. We assume no responsibility and are not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which any Winner (and any permitted companion) may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Prize.
WINNER
You agree that if you are the Winner:
you consent to Us using your name and/or image in Our publicity for the Prize Draw and in such promotional materials as We see fit whether now or in the future, anywhere in the world;
you agree that We will be the owner of the intellectual property rights in your entry and to this end you will assign to Us, with full title guarantee, all intellectual property rights in your entry;
you will waive all moral rights in your entry;
you consent to the exploitation by Us (or any third parties We authorise) of your entry in any way We see fit and in any media;
you agree that you will not be entitled to any payment for such use;
you will sign such documents as We reasonably request to confirm this and
if you are under 16, you will allocate the second ticket to a responsible adult who will accompany you at the event (if applicable).
Final decision
In all matters Our decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with you or any other party on your behalf regarding the process or details of such decision.
Limitation of liability
We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering the Prize Draw (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in the Prize Draw.
We will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of Our breach of these Terms and Conditions unless those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and Us at the date you enter the Prize Draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, We will not be liable to you, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise in connection with the Prize Draw for:
loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings or loss of data; or
any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
any special or indirect or consequential losses; however caused.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Our liability:
for death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence or a deliberate act or omission of Us or any of Our officers, employees or agents; for fraudulent misrepresentation; or to the extent that liability cannot by law be excluded or limited.
We will not be liable for any damages or losses as a result of failure by Us to deliver the Prize Draw, the Prize or any other prizes as a result of any circumstances outside of Our direct and reasonable control including, but not limited to, as a result of a server failure (including but not limited to access delays or interruptions, data non-delivery or mis-delivery), any act(s) of God, war or terrorism, breaches of security or unauthorised use of personal data arising from hacking and / or failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks.
YOUR LIABILITY TO US AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
You agree to fully indemnify Us in respect of all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), demands or costs incurred by Us as a result of any breach by You of the Terms and Conditions.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory rights which you may be entitled to as a consumer.
Your Data
Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with the current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our privacy policy (available via the hyperlink at Condition 1.3 above) which governs Our use of personal data collected from the Prize Draw.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The name of the Winner will be made available on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope by Us.
All enquiries regarding the Prize Draw (including requests for a list of Winners) must be received by Us within 28 days of the closing date of the Prize Draw as set out in condition 3.1.
Terms and Conditions – Austrian Airlines
This competition is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
All entries must be received by 11.59 (BST) on 31st October 2014
The prizewinner will be notified via e-mail by 11.59 (BST) on 14th November 2014
Prize tickets are valid in Economy Class on Austrian Airlines operated flights only.
All flights are subject to availability. The tickets include all flight taxes and charges. Flights are subject to standard terms and conditions of carriage. The prize cannot be taken in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, bonus, discount or awards and does not qualify for miles in the Miles & More programme.
The winner and their companion must travel together on both outbound and return flights and, once booked, tickets cannot be amended. Austrian Airlines reserve the right to limit the number of prize travel seats made available on any flight and it is possible that seats allocated to the winner’s fare class on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. Austrian Airlines accepts no responsibility in the event the winner is unable to book their preferred flight.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and the validity of tickets cannot be extended. Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks before the proposed date of travel but not earlier than three months before departure. In the unlikely event that passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Austrian Airlines will not be held responsible. All other costs are the responsibility of the passenger. Travel insurance, spending money and transfers to and from the airports are not included. We recommend that passengers obtain their own insurance. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport.
There is no cash or other alternative to the prize.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
All tickets to be issued and travel completed by Tuesday 31st March 2015.

The hotel voucher can be redeemed at the K+K Hotel Maria Theresia, Vienna, only and is valid for 1 double room for 2 persons, 2 nights, including buffet breakfast, services and taxes. Validity until Tuesday 31st March 2015.
