Live Nation prides it's self on the speed and quality of our delivery. We do everything possible to ensure all orders placed before 1pm are sent out on a Next Day service. We also try and process orders received between 1pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.

Returns
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Exchanges and Credit Notes will be given for items returned within 30 days of receiving them. P&P at £2.95 (orders under 1kg) and £4.95 (orders over 1kg) will be charged for items sent back out.
We will refund in full or replace items like for like, but reserve the right to withhold 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resalable. This maybe increased to 50% in the event an item is dirty or damaged.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.
All products returned must be clean & dry in compliance with Health & Safety Act. We reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in unacceptable condition.
We will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of reciept however this is not guaranteed.
Sale items
Any item bought in a 'Sale' at any of our trade stands, is not eligible for exchange or refund and is deemed to have been purchased as seen.
Items bought in an 'online sale' can be exchanged for a credit note on the condition that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. If a refund is required, notification in writing must be received within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned within 21 days of receipt. (Distance Selling Regulations).

When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection to Paypal. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order. Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed and will only be used to process a requested order or send a brochure. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations. Mastercard/Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/Solo/Switch can all be used on this site.

Delivery Charges
- £4.95 - Orders over 1kg go via courier on a Next Working Day Delivery
- £2.50 - Orders under 1kg go with Royal Mail First Class Recorded at £2.50 (Next Working Day Delivery via courier may still be requested at £4.95. This option gives the choice to request a parcel to be 'left in a designated safe place')
- Orders over £100 will receive FREE carriage. This now includes orders going to the Channel Islands & Northern & Southern Ireland.
